^be careful with studiesstudies also show that it may be healthy to only get 15-20 minutes of sunlight every three days. (all you need for adequate vitamin d...after that it's "overkill")

Tr00, but there are plenty of studies that have shown measurable loss in testosterone after seemingly minor soy consumption which just isn't a good idea for men IMO. Besides, there are plenty of other sources of nutrition whereas there are not many adequate food sources of Vitamin D without taking supplements (which I'm not entirely convinced on.)

I drink about 3 gallons of milk per week...Not organic though....

There's studies that show that drinking skim milk is horrible for you as opposed to whole milk.Essentially, you can't win.
