That cop is ridiculously fat. Do you think she could catch someone if they ran? Hell i bet i could powerwalk away from that cop with a 20ft head start.

Well seeing as how she's there to stick a parking ticket in the windshield I don't think that would be a problem.

Eh, I had bigger expectations for an "insanely obese" woman. If I saw her, I might think "fat woman" and be on my way. "Insanely obese" would make me pause and thing "WTF happened there".

But this is all a distraction.
