^ ive heard people with problems way bigger than this. that the city should pay them for.

very very few times are fta's issued if you actually went to court, it happens but not often, and when it does, its typically cause a lawyer didnt appear for you

My wife got an underage drinking ticket when she was younger and got a lawyer to take care of it. Something didn't get processed right either by the lawyer or the courts. So they came to her parents house when my wife wasn't there and tried to arrest my wife's sister because they did not believe that she wasn't her. Her sister got really upset and was crying. They finally got it straight though and no one was taken in. I got a good laugh out of it.

in case anyone was wondering about my stupid 6 year old noise ordinance violation....


i went to the clerk of court yesterday and the lady i talked to looked it up and confirmed that i had paid the ticket and that everything was taken care of. i told her that neither the cop nor the magistrate could see that in whatever system they were looking in and she said "they must have not been looking hard enough". she actually printed it out and showed it to her coworkers in disbelief. she gave me a certified copy of the paperwork stating that this ticket has been taken care of. i'm glad i don't feel like such a retard screaming from high heaven that this was a ticket ive already paid for.

so my next question is who the fuck do i bitch to out about all this horse shit now that i finally have it straightened out?

^ there is nothing you can do, they make mistakes like this all the time

we have gone to court for a client got there case continued the clerk keyed him in as called and failed and he was arrested and bonded out over a weekend called us a bunch to bitch us out only to find out it was a mistake they made there.

sometimes cases get handled after a warrant is out, if you have a shitty attorney who handles your case but never recalls the warrant you can still get arrested on that also
