We're talking a one-time deal. About 1500 square feet. Lots of junk to get rid of too.

i'd say around $60

unless i got there and it was WAY more than i bargained for...

for an average size house my rates are as follows:

ONE TIME/FIRST TIME FEE: $60
Weekly: $20/week
Bi-Weekly: $30/week
Monthly: $50/month

it's a little different for businesses....

Oh, it's a hell of a lot more than 60 bucks' worth. You wouldn't leave with less than a couple hundred in your pockets. The problem is that I'm too embarrassed for you to walk in the place unless I clean some of it up first. And my GF would have a fit if she knew anybody was coming over, even if it's to clean.

Place is seriously a wreck, and neither of us have time to do everything we need to do. Or energy for that matter.

I might just have to start turning wrenches in my spare time to make a lil extra bank again.

i've also thought about doing some ironing for extra money....

apparently there are a lot of people that hire someone to do their ironing so they don't have to deal with dry cleaners

^^depends on the SAAB in question. I can work on anything, given the right documentation. The key is DOCUMENTATION. I'm pretty damned resourceful...

^There's one thing that I can do really well, believe it or not. LOL.

I may be hitting you up about this soon.
My place is not a dump...We actually keep it pretty clean, but it would be nice to have someone mop, clean windows, wipe the baseboards, and scrub the showers once a month...Stuff that doesn't get done on a daily/weekly basis.

My US History teacher is high school once said, "There are 3 ways you can make money. Win it, earn it, or marry it." The first and 3rd ways are a little harder to do though.
