me too. i think i will try it. the person i know went to the raleigh location on oberlin but like i said, it is a chain. prob not as amazing as some other places but...it is cheap and my back hurts so freaking back i can barely sleep so i think i'm gonna try to get an appt for friday!

in other news the person i know who goes in raleigh also signed up for the membership which i think is $39/mo and you get one massage every month or something. AND her health insurance pays like 20% of the massages cause she got a "prescription" for them. maybe i should try that. can you really do that?

seriously let me know how it goes. i have this huge huge deadline on the 6th and its been driving me nuts. even though i'll likely finish this week. once its over im gonna get massaged till im a big bruise

i know same. i will let you know. i have a bunch of shit coming up and my back is already in so much pain that i can't focus. so i'll get one now so i can relax and then after the stressful stuff

oh and i guess i should have added to my ^^ post that she wasn't getting a medical massage. she gets tension headaches and so she got a prescription for back massages to see if it helped ease the headaches.

i get headaches. i need a massage prescription!!

but i get stiff a lot, and when the meds dont work i know its stress related. and thats the worst
