Jessica Biel is very lean. but hers don't look like that. I think it is genetics too...

yeah i think genetics plays a huge role in stuff like thattwo ppl which the same bf% can look very, very different.(ie-"skinny fat" people)ie both of these people claim to have about 30% bf

^ What would those girls be, about a size 12-14?
10/8/2009 7:50:56 PM
they might both be "around 30", but i'm thinking one's about 32 and one's about 27...

^^^there's a big difference in their posture too. i think that is contributing somewhat. but yeah, homegirl in the top pic is sporting a real spare tire.[Edited on October 8, 2009 at 8:05 PM. Reason : .]

I think a lot of it has to do with where you store extra weight.it looks as though the girl in the first pic is more of an apple (which means her fat goes towards her middle) and the girl in the second is more pear (weight at her bottom). this gives an illusion of the 2nd being more "fit" b/c she is more hourglass when in actuality they are about the same.I'm a traditional "pear shape"my stomach tends to stay pretty slim (thank god) but my but and thighs- Let me see if i can find the article with pictures of girls who were a size 2 and 25ish% bodyfat.shits insane.[Edited on October 8, 2009 at 8:22 PM.
