twc is so dumb


i called again and they gave me a completely different price, even cheaper than what i was paying before.

i didnt read every post but TWC doesnt have any kind of contract that i am aware of. I have cancelled my service 2 weeks after getting it penalty free. so call in, cancel everything and then drive to the store same day and start service new with new promotions.

if u do the price lock guarantee you can be charged if you cancel early, i asked like 3 times to make sure


basically im locked into the cheaper rate for 24months, if i cancel the fee CAN be as high as $150 but it goes lower as you get closer to the end of your contract

you can also move or transfer the service into someone else's name w/no penalty, so im good w/that.

I hope TWC continues to treat it's customers as if they have a monopoly. It'll be fun watching their market share drop.
