That's an aesthetic procedure, not a surgery. It falls into the category of Brazilian waxes. Somewhat uncomfortable, but you don't get good meds.

I had cosmetic surgery as a child. My mother paid for me to have otoplasty so that my ears would lay closer to my head. I was born missing a fold in both of my ears that made me look syndromic. I guess she thought that I looked weird enough and the ears were simple enough to fix.

I don't know that I would have made the decision that she did.

LASIK or PRK surgery would be a no brainer

If they had a surgery to smooth out my complexion and/or get rid of acne scars, I'd take it in heartbeat. I strongly envy people with little to no acne scars.

lucy - I would be ok with you getting implants after running Boston. I don't think it interferes too much, I know a couple cougs here in CLT that are fast runners with fakes.

I had laser hair removal, didn't work for me though.

The one thing that scares me about fake boobs is that I've heard that if you go too big, then the rest of your body will try to catch up so you're proportional. Like, overall weight gain. Is there any truth to this? Or is it just a myth?

I was a 38 G. When I had the surgery that was also sitting on a much smaller body that I am today so they seemed much bigger.

When I was a little girl, I, too, wanted rhinoplasty. I wouldn't do it now unless I broke my nose. I think the nose dramatically defines the face and I can live with mine.

I wanted to have a nose job when I was younger but then I just didn't care anymore.

I have a friend who wants a nose job super bad and her nose is really nice so that makes me LAFF.

And then I have a friend who is a 38GG and wants a reduction desp.

I told Joe that when I get older, I'm def going to "freshen up" Since I have D cups, they are not going to stay perky forever so when they go down, they're going back up and then I would def have stuff done to my face when I'm in my 50s.... Can you imagine what they'll be able to do in 25+ years? Dang.
