this is the first time i've ever made turkey bacon. also the first time i've ever baked bacon in the oven.

center cut bacon tastes better and has about the same nutritional values, but the turkey bacon was pretty good.

i thought the turkey bacon was almost as good as regular bacon. and since turkey bacon has fewer calories per slice, i'm content to stick with that.

and baking bacon is FTW.
