I went on an all vegetarian diet for a while...turns out those damn vegetarians are hard to catch!

I eat quinoa, beans, nuts, etc. as a regular part of my diet because I think they are quality foods with a lot to offer.
I avoid Soy for reasons specific to men.
But I still contend that there is no better source of protein than quality meats.
I see no point in spending a bunch of time trying to build a special diet that is supposedly equivalent to a meat diet when I can just eat meat.
And I'm not 100% convinced that there aren't other important things in meats that might still be lacking even if the person's diet includes plenty of absorbable protein.
