I think the scars are minimal. I mean, now-a-days they can push a big ol' lump of saline into you through a small incision, why can't they take out some with a small incision? : \ I think the scars would be underneath anyways.. i.e. less noticeable (I would hope)

If it was to me, that is one the areas I lose weight in last. My "ideal weight" (according to my endocrinologist) is actually 10 pounds heavier than the weight the BMI chart lists simply because with the way my body is built, I would look emaciated with big boobs

So basically, I would have to starve myself for relatively smaller boobs

And that's just not happening
