^^^^you might want to sell that car soon before the paint goes to shit [Edited on December 8, 2009 at 4:44 PM. Reason : ^^page 2]

The bottom half was mine...then my buddy pissed on top of my piss later that same day, which is pretty gross, because you know he got my piss on his cocksplash

Since I own a detailing company, I try to keep mine at an A. The interior is never dirty or messy, and the windshield is always clean and waxed, but the exterior sometimes goes a couple weeks between washes. I usually choose making money washing other peoples cars vs. washing mine for free.No matter how dirty your car stays, always keep a good coat of wax on the paint/wheels/glass and protectant on the vinyl/leather and carpet. Your car will thank you in the end. My 03 with 120k looks nearly new because of it.

^This doesn't apply if you are certain that the car will never be sold to anyone but the junkyard, after you run it into the ground after a few hundred thousand miles. They don't pay you more for a nice exterior.

Solid B now. After I vacuum it, I'll be back in the A range.

^^ Waxing the car is not so much about what it looks like in the end as much as its how nice it looks while you drive it. Sure its always nice to have a 10 year old car that looks new, but its more important to me that the paint looks good while *I* drive it. FWIW, I plan on running my current truck in the ground as well.[Edited on December 8, 2009 at 5:14 PM. Reason : .]

That is another valid reason to do it. Nothing wrong with wanting a nice looking ride.I just don't particularly want one myself. Too much hassle.

I don't wash the outside too much, but there's no cluttered bullshit on the inside of my car. I keep it clean inside and don't treat it like a mobile closet full of things I never use (unlike almost everyone else I know).

^^Thats why you give someone like me money and I take care of the hassle lol

ha, true. But having a clean exterior is of so little value to me, I doubt I would even take it to someone if they would do it for free.I recognize that's not normal. There's a guy in my complex who runs a detailing business in our parking lot. He's always at work and does an incredible job. I respect the hell out of that type of work, and the good looking result.

I love my car to death, but that does not prevent me from being a (C) person. It is full of some really vile and despicable garbage. The outside is also frequently caked in filth.Gonna have to change soon, though, because it's at the point where my four door can realistically only fit two people. Also I'd like to get back on the dating market, but I feel like it's pointless to even bother if, were a girl to say yes, I'd have to be like, "Oh, cool, but hey, um, my car is kinda messed up...wanna take the bus?"

mine's usually around a B, but i always have a shitload of plastic bottles all over the passenger's side. one time about 2 years ago i was getting ready to go home for christmas break, and i tried to shut the passenger side door and heard a crunch. i thought it was a gatorade bottle, so i kept trying to slam the door. it was my ipod adapter
