scubasteve, the timer didn't bother her at all, it was me running back and forth to the camera before the picture took, combined with me throwing perfectly good cookies at the camera (to get her to look). And yeah, having someone else take the picture would be helpful, but then there wouldn't be any funny outtakes ;-)

If, for the purposes of being a holiday picture, one could consider it an outtake, as i should have struck the DAT ASS pose while in front of a christmas tree, yule log, or donned a santa hat.
