I would have been jealous in 1996. I remember reading those giant computer advertisement books from CDW or something... Drooling over the dual pentium pro systems. Damn I wanted the pentium pro so bad!!

^^ LOL at the 2.93 GHz P4. I saw some guy online that managed to underclock one to 8 MHz using modified firmware and managed to get it to boot windows XP (it took like an hour or something and used 100% CPU at idle)

HA! I am underclocking, just not that severely, the eMachine (the P4) to keep it a quiet torrent mule... when it runs. XP took a dump already, so next up I'll try 7 on it. While in use as Dad's computer, the original mobo, which used DDR and not DDR2 RAM, died after 4 years. That processor is a 64-bit!
