"Young Goodman Brown" by Nathaniel Hawthorne."

all awesome. Poe's being my favorite there; his stuff is phenomenal.

The forest orgy in "Young Goodman Brown" was awesome to discuss in high school college. We should have discussed it in high school.

Fahrenheit 451 is the book that really solidified my love for literature and made me want to pursue a degree in it.

^I really enjoyed Fahrenheit 451 and 1984, though I didn't ever have to read 1984 for school (some people with different English teachers at my school did though)
