Meat: -Ground Vension and/or-Ground Beef and/or-Chunks of beef (various cuts) and/or-Pork (only occasionally)Beans:-Dried and soaked red beans and/or-Dried and soaked pinto beans and/or-Dried and soaked black beansVeggies:-Canned tomatoes, usually whole or diced-Onion (chopped)-Fresh Peppers (jalapeno, serrano, bell, and/or others depending on availability)-Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce from can (very potent flavoring device)-Dried New Mexican peppers (simmered and food processed into a sauce)Seasonings:-Garlic (fresh, minced)-Chili powder-Cumin-Black Pepper-Salt-Variety of other seasonings to taste depending on my mood.Liquids:-Beer and/or-Stock (beef and/or chicken) and/or-Tomato Paste (only to thicken if needed) and/or-WaterOther Stuff:-I generally keep it fairly basic, but if I have a special ingredient I might add it in as I'm always up for something different. -Sometimes I'll add some cheese while I eat it.

Tried adding some corn meal for the first time. A++ would add again.

I think I'm gonna cut my beans down by 25% and add a little more meat and some more veggies (I typically mince most of my veggies in my processor, but I think from here on I will just do half that way and just chop up the other half and do a little more)also, I do like some ale in there (i've used amberbach, american ale, and I think next time I will try some new castle)other little tricks are some molasses and a little brown sugaroh, and use cut beef, not ground (about 1/4")
