also, it is my belief that the police waste too much time yelling at suspects not to run or they'll shoot because they almost never shoot. What they should do is give one warning and then shoot. Far less people will run if they start doing this more often.

The first duty of any officer should be to assist a citizen. I highly doubt that someone at the precinct was REALLY busy "enforcing laws."

I remember when I went to Lazy Days, I asked a cop walking out of the Cary Town Hall where I could lock up my bike.

You would have thought I just took a dump on his wife's face.

He groaned loudly and finally said with an annoyed as possible tone, "Just lock up at bike rack outside the police station."

As you can see, the officer's story about "stopping her from running into traffic" is completely valid, since you can tell by the dashcam that there were cars all over the road, and it was dark so she coudn't be seen easily.
