no, i do not have a severe onion allergy. i eat onions quite a bit.

however, i do get a severe allergic reaction to raw onion vapors. my eyes water uncontrollably, turn tomato red, all accompanied by severe itching and pain which lasts for several minutes after the source of vapors has been eliminated.
