When I was lifting consistently, my bench work out weight (with spotter) was 225x5 for 3-5 sets. Without a spotter, 205x7-10. I never really kept track of other lifts, and haven't done squats or deadlifts since the summer because I tore my ACL last semester.

I used to lift quite often. Now I am more of a swimmer and runner, while only lifting once a week, with frequent calisthenics.

Haven't been lifting for a while now, but this is what I am most proud of from 1999:Deadlift 300 x 1 @ 140 lbs BWDeadlift 225 x 8 @ 140 lbs BW(I probably could have done 320 lbs 1RM)

I do bench sets at 185 right now and plan on chilling out with any serious strength training once I get to where I'm doing sets with 225 and afterwards just maintaining while I get back into cardio.
