I was thinking tonight when I was buying my ticket for Alice in Wonderland as I stood in line watching a pregnant chick smoking that I would mind being able to sterilize people that I saw unfit to be a parent. I mean if you can't stop smoking for your baby then what else are you going to be unwilling to do for your child?

lots of women claim that they should have total control over the kid while it is growing in their body

personally I think this is more or less rubbish...but if it's accepted as an argument in favor of abortion rights (and many women use it as such) then it seems to me that it's valid for pregnant smoking, too

Yeah I agree with you...but if you are making the choice to keep that child why are you going to also make the choice to harm that child's health? If you don't care enough about that child to stop smoking for 9 months might as well terminate the pregnancy...
