If you are just worried about the speeding ticket, don't. Try and get it dropped on your own, if you can't then just pay it, it isn't going to count against your insurance or anything. I got a ticket for 47 in a 40 and was told by several people that it would be ridiculously easy to get dropped on my own, but I went to court three times trying to get it dropped and never could so I just begrudgingly paid it, I wish you better luck.

what ever you do hire a lawyer for this

do not try to get it handled on your own or look at the other threads about it.

The speeding ticket was issued for 51 in a 45. How fast were you actually going?
