To echo BD's sentiment: my 'ex' and I will have been married for a year on 4/25. No, that's not the longevity of 5 years, but w/e. Marriage isn't given to be a 'happy ending' anyways (in more ways than one )

Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. I know several ppl who are currently married that had broken up w/ each other while dating and gotten back together. I assume most of us on here are young so many relationships end b/c of distances, being at different schools, moving b/c of jobs, not being ready for serious relationships etc... I'm currently seeing a girl that I dated almost 5 years ago. Back then we lived 2 hrs apart and were young and retarded. Now we live near each other and have both matured. I think that shit happens for a reason and people don't just randomly fall back in your life. If you don't at least give it a try you will always wonder what may have happened.--- Also, if you've already hit it once, it's waaaay easier to get it the second time around
