When I was working my second job last year, I would wake up, go to work at 7:30 with a 1000 calorie protein shake, eat breakfast from McDonald's or Bojangles, eat a lunch at 10am, eat another lunch at 12pm, get off work around 4, go home and change for job #2, have another 1000 calorie protein shake and a snack, go to job #2, get off and go home, stuff myself before bed, then repeat. If I gained any weight, it was only a couple pounds

I don't eat healthy. My favorite meals are chicken wings, barely cooked red meat in some form (steak and hamburger are my favorites), and bbq. I drink lots and lots of sweet tea.I can't gain weight to save my life. My body will not let me.

Unless you sit on the couch all day and don't move except to walk to the fridge, I think 1,200 is still too few...but what do I know, I'm currently failing at losing 30lbs.

it probably is, but i'm trying to eat healthy and its hard to up the calorie count unless I am constantly eating all the time. and this drinking 8 glasses of water a day thing is making me pee like every half an hour. so annoying.
