FX: Always Sunny, Archer, The Riches (not anymore), 30 Days (briefly), a bunch of other series that I don't watch, occasional entertaining/fun (though not often particularly good) action movies.... really, though, just having Always Sunny is enough to warrant top 5.

USA: Multiple kinda-campy original series that aren't bad, plus they have (or at least used to have) rights to rerunning a bunch of good 90s/early-2000s movies.
