I had a dude hit my windshield and crack it because I parked next to him (He took up two spaces and I parked next to his car and left him plenty of room to get in). He wrote a note on my car that said "UNLESS YOU HAVE $35,000 INSURANCE VEHICULAR, YOU'D BEST WATCH OUT MOTHERFUCKER."

I found it hilarious that he spent about $10,000 too much on his car and that he wasted the time to crack the windshield of a sub $1000 car and that he then left hand written evidence of his deeds.

There were all sorts of morons on I-40 and I-85 yesterday. Drove me fucking crazy. I wasn't driving my S; rather it was my friend's VW Jetta but I tell you I was weaving in and out of lanes passing assholes. And this all could have been avoided if the fucktards would GTFO of the passing lane (LEFT LANE) when there're not passing anyone. I wasn't even really speeding, 10-12 over on average.

And I actually did flash the high beams at a few people. For instance if I'm going 83mph in the left lane and i'm coming up on some douche going 65 I'm gonna flash my lights from a fair distance to give him fair warning that I'm approaching. He (or she) should get out of the left lane. Therefore you don't have confusion or an accident when I make for the right lane to pass b/c they're not moving at the same time that they go "oh, maybe I should get into the right lane" and move over as well, necessitating a swerve on my part back to the left.

Shit drives me crazy.

I have no problem with the perception of time and speed. I already said a few times in this very thread that he was travelling roughly 3-4 MPH faster than me, much like I was going 3-4 MPH faster than the car in front of me. I gave the douche plenty of room and I would have sped up had he not flashed his high beams at me, as I had been doing for the previous 4 hours of the trip.

Me going in front of him is no different than he coming up to a person going slower than him and passing cars in the other lane. I had ever right to get in to the left hand lane and pass the guy. Had I cut him off, yeah, I would have been in the wrong. But I did not.

my headlights are that xenon beam or whatever that's extra bright, and since I have an SUV it's a little higher up, I get a lot of people who flash their brights at me thinking my brights are on, but they aren't.

the other day, I was leaving campus and cut through by Sullivan up the hill by the baseball field. Some dumb sorostislut was coming down the "out" road in the parking lot, flying, got honked at by another car, which she proceeded to yell at. This is a one way road/lot thing. Do I go at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, ect car lengths? I think 2-3 is ample room. Of course he's going to have to adjust his fucking speed. It would be NO different than if I had already been in the left hand lane going slower than him. He would HAVE to slow down anyway. It's inevitable that if you're in the 3rd (or whatever lane) because you're going faster than the other 2 lanes but not as fast as the 4th lane, that if you move into the left hand lane to pass a car that should be in the lane to the right of you, that there's a good chance that someone is going to have to slow down (depending how how bad the traffic is). I have every right to be in that left hand lane to pass a slower car.

I saw an opening on a busy highway that would allow me pass a slower car without causing a danger to the car in the left hand lane. Was it an inconvenience to the guy in the BMW? Yup. Not denying that. But like I said, I have every right to pass the guy in front of me. I did it safely and promptly (as in, I didn't just dick around beside the guy in the right hand lane, that many people do). If the guy has a problem with that, then I next time I'll take SaabTurbo's advice and run him off the fuckin' road.

You were in the wrong for knowingly pulling in front of someone in a manner that would cause him to adjust his speed. Period.

Do you do this shit when pulling into traffic at an intersection? Just because people can avoid hitting you doesn't mean that it's OK to pull out in front of them.
