well a not guilty verdict does not equal innocence. this we know.however people that are "not guilty" should not continue to be punished. but they are. so...that's awesome.then you have people who are exonerated that never even have convictions expunged from their records (in some states). those people are actually innocent and their lives are totally ruined.the whole system. majorly fucked up. especially when liberty, freedom OH and justice for all are apparently some of the things that we value here.i mean if you are suspected of a crime, even before you are indicted, you already get labeled guilty. heaven forbid you are actually indicted. then things go seriously downhill.[Edited on July 14, 2010 at 9:03 PM. Lets put her in jail for 52 months and see if she still lies. If this dude was found guilty, he was pretty much dead. He probably isn't the tough type.

^ exactlyor if her parents/family are crazy, etcthe child i babysit for is CRAZY with her imagination and has snuck off and watched TV shows she wasn't supposed to beforei wouldn't put it past kids to make up something like this. they probably (unless they've been abused or something bad has happened) don't KNOW what they're even saying. they're just repeating something they kinda saw/heard on tv or from someone else or whateverchildren are like sponges. you'd be surprised at how much they absorb. you think they aren't listening but they always are [Edited on July 15, 2010 at 9:21 AM.
