I'd say fuck it and commit suicide. It's either that or suffer a slow and horrible death as I'm unable to get the medication I need to live. Fuck that, quick and horrible for me.

I'd put up signs that say "FREE FOOD THIS WAY" and shoot everybody who shows up. Then I'd have tons of free food.
