AHA, I gotta admit I had the same idea as billytalent. I assumed bottombaby was a drunk who consumed through her pregnancy and that we were all just being nice about it cause she was a cool person somehow.

secondly i have never really thought about the congratulations part...maybe its just another way of saying "i'm happy for you, that's awesome!" type thing.
