I lost about 5 pounds.I gained a lot of weight right before college. So I started off overweight. Naturally, I continued gaining even more. But I took so long to finish that I had time to take it off.Still fat tho.[Edited on November 24, 2010 at 4:28 AM. Reason : ]

I came into college around 140 pounds or so. I am currently at 145-ish and as far as I know have never broken 150.So.... effectively none.

Freshman: Started at 145 ... got up to 155Sophomore/Junior: Stayed around 150Senior: 135Stayed around 135/145 for a couple of years after college. Then dropped to 117 a couple of years ago. I'm back up to 130, but wearing the same clothes from being around 125. I prefer being between 117 and 125.So, lost 10 lbs in college. Net loss of 15 lbs in the past 9 years.[Edited on November 24, 2010 at 11:20 AM. Reason : k]

i've floated between 145-150 ever since high school. couldn't gain weight if i wanted to in 2010 though i've gained 8 lbs, which i know most people will scoff at, but for me it's significant b/c it's always been absolutely impossible for me to gain weight. it isn't good weight gain either. 2 years in a row i haven't made time for myself to exercise regularly, plus my tendency to eat sugary foods, i can tell it's catching up with me
11/24/2010 11:19:33 AM
^ Sympathy weight?

Came in 170-ish. Classic Freshman 15 put me at about 185, which I lost much of during that summer. But from beginning of sophomore until graduation I went from 175 to around 205.Graduated in 2002. Since then, I've been as low as 182 (late '05) and as high as 225 (late '08). Right now I'm around 195. Ideal weight is probably <170 (I'm 5'10.5", medium frame, not very muscular) so I have a ways to go.

Freshman- ~175Senior- ~170I started right after completing basic training, so I had lost any of the weight I'd gained from having open (off campus) lunch privileges as a hs senior....then had ROTC all four years of undergrad, which cemented the workout habit.
11/24/2010 11:30:11 AM
155 in155 outA year after graduation I tried seriously gaining weight:-weight training for 1 hour, 3 times a week-protein shakes and more meat-3 square meals a day-never went to bed hungry-drank lots of waterI gained 6lbs in 7 months of this. I think I am some kind of super-efficient calorie furnace.
11/24/2010 11:51:39 AM
10 lbs probably, but it has definitely been good weight. i don't look like a twig anymore... well not as much of a twig.
11/24/2010 11:54:29 AM
Freshman: 135Senior: 140Today: 170 but it is mostly muscle.
11/24/2010 12:22:38 PM

I was between 153 and 160 all through college. Right around the time I graduated my metabolism slowed down (as it had for my dad and brother). It became easier for me to put on fat but also muscle. I'm around 177ish now--not as lean as I was but definitely more muscle. I'm trying to get down to about 172 now.
11/24/2010 1:20:21 PM
I gained a shit ton during Senior year in HS and Freshman year of college, then gained more. I lost a lot of it by Junior year then gained it back when I was in a really bad relationship. I've lost a ton again since then and still losing 2-3lbs a month for the past couple months. Yay!
11/24/2010 1:23:31 PM
I was a scant 225 pounds when I got to school (and for those of you who know me...that's light as hell and damn near a lifetime ago).Graduated just north of the 300 mark. Now I weigh about 275, but I need to be about 245.
11/24/2010 1:30:39 PM
Freshman year: 130-135Sophomore: 150-155Junior: 160-165Senior: 150None of mine was bad weight. I started working out for the first time my freshmen and sophomore years and immediately put on 15-20 lbs of muscle. My junior year was my pinnacle of lifting, so it was all muscle, but I was starting to look a little stumpy. Senior year continued a lot of lifting, but did a lot more cardio and swimming and was in my best shape my senior year while taking my swimming conditioning class.5 years later I still try to stay around 150.
