Just made some "China grass" (agar agar with milk and sugar) after a 10 year gap!Once it settles and cools in the fridge, I will cut it into cubes (or diamonds). Nostalgia FTW!

this may not be an Indian dessert but is Asian in origin-I LOVE red bean ice cream. I am not a big fan of ice cream in general but this was so delicious.

Red beans (adzuki beans) are used in a lot of Chinese and East Asian desserts. I have had 2 different kinds, and they were amazing.I would love to try the ice cream... sounds amazing.

I hate indian desserts, but I'm a chocolate fan and not a fan of sweets. I love plenty of other indian dishes, so I just go back for seconds if I'm at an indian buffet. My favorite is Chefs of India at the corner of Maynard and Chatham.
