i havent had egg salad in forever

probs since the last time i posted here

i think i overdid it from like feb to april it was all i ate

BUT i think i could maybe get back on the train again. i'm scared though. its one of those things if you aren't in the mood for it, it is really fucking gross. not like a pb&j or a turkey sandwich. there's no "oh i don't really want this but i'll eat it anyway." i feel like any "salad" sandwich is just utterly disgusting if you are not in the mood. i don't know why. prob because the entire concept is gross.

i DID have some dank chicken salad a few weeks ago from my boss's mom. so it was some delicious country grandma made chicken salad. pretty sure there were eggs in it, too. need recipe. i wanna make chicken salad but doesn't that involve a lot of work. like cooking a whole chicken? then like...cubing it or shredding it? i don't know how to do that (cook the chicken).
