pretty sure that's is exactly not what I'm saying.
3/10/2011 2:49:09 PM
No, he's right. You are way more protected when you pay cash.
3/10/2011 2:50:22 PM
everyone needs a Costanza wallet, and a bunch of napkins to even out the other back pocket
3/10/2011 2:51:04 PM
Good thing I always carry cashDebit cards are for the poor and stupid
3/10/2011 2:54:04 PM
yeah, especially when people try to use one that has been chewed up by their dog at one of the busiest ATMs in Charlotte
3/10/2011 2:56:35 PM
You guys are probably mixed up because you don't know the fine difference between a check/debit/credit card.
3/10/2011 2:56:58 PM
^^^ until you lose your wallet. it's pretty hard to cancel cash[Edited on March 10, 2011 at 2:57 PM. Reason : a]
3/10/2011 2:57:13 PM
Wallets? What is this, amateur hour?I use a money clip. Keep the big bills on the outside.

3/10/2011 3:02:28 PM
My company didn't even accept cash until about a year ago. It was strictly Credit/Debit only. And even now we try to deter people from paying their bills in cash. If you pay with a card it's free, if you pay cash it's a $6.99 "Cash Processing Fee".[Edited on March 10, 2011 at 3:04 PM. Reason : a]

ITT, quagmire admits he didn't read the rewards card fineprint.
3/10/2011 3:04:18 PM
well dj, I would use my credit card for your company ... if I really wanted its services. I wouldn't feel bad about your company losing 3% of your money for being dumbfucks.[Edited on March 10, 2011 at 3:09 PM. Reason : .]
3/10/2011 3:08:35 PM
ITT (and every other thread), NotSoGeniuSxBoY demonstrates that in addition to being a poor businessman, he has but a tenuous grasp of basic finances
3/10/2011 3:09:12 PM
Great quagmire, send me a link to the exact credit card you have and I'll post the fine print in here.let me help youhttp://www.doughroller.net/credit-cards/discover-more-credit-card/
3/10/2011 3:09:57 PM
I would have to agree, it's a pretty stupid policy. I have yet to find out the reasoning behind it.
3/10/2011 3:10:00 PM
The reasoning behind it is fraud protection. Protecting itself from employee theft. I assume your company deals with high dollar transactions.[Edited on March 10, 2011 at 3:13 PM. Reason : .]
3/10/2011 3:12:44 PM
^^^ i'm confused as to what you're "showing" mei'll tell you what, though, that (nearly) $800 sure does look nice in my account...[Edited on March 10, 2011 at 3:13 PM. Reason : i suspect i'm getting trolled ]
3/10/2011 3:13:15 PM

3/10/2011 3:14:24 PM
Hehe
3/10/2011 3:15:04 PM
3/10/2011 3:16:48 PM
That's not just a good reason, that's a great reason to only accept CCs.
3/10/2011 3:19:44 PM
Well I guess the trade-off of adding Cash customers that we would have otherwise not had as customers is worth the risk of them not paying their bills, plus the additional $7 in revenue they get from each of those customers a month.
3/10/2011 3:22:49 PM
i gotta say, this thread just reinforces the fact that i'm smarter than GeniuSxBoYnot that it takes much, but still
3/10/2011 3:23:33 PM
How can you not understand the pwnage that was just laid upon your ass? I mean I quoted and bolded and linked exactly where you are wrong.
3/10/2011 3:25:42 PM
hahahahahahahakeep trying, kiddo...really, please, it's funny
3/10/2011 3:26:48 PM
It's not funny, it's sad. for you.
3/10/2011 3:27:21 PM
TOO BAD, SO SAD
3/10/2011 3:28:13 PM
You DO know that you gave away that you're trolling back when you said "I suspect i'm getting trolled " right?[Edited on March 10, 2011 at 3:29 PM. Reason : .]
3/10/2011 3:29:34 PM
i don't know that the one who actually KNOWS how his credit card works is trolling to say as much...but if that makes you feel better as a failed businessman, i encourage you to keep thinking i'm over here crying because of the money discover has given me (especially since i haven't paid them a penny because, well, i'm not an idiot)
3/10/2011 3:31:10 PM
You're bragging about using a Discover card?
3/10/2011 3:43:50 PM
AND an REI visa!no, no, i'm bragging about getting free money on a regular basis...is there some reason i shouldn't be happy to get money for nothing?
3/10/2011 3:48:45 PM
and your checks for free?
3/10/2011 3:50:46 PM
who in the world still uses checks?the last time i used checks was when i rented an apartment and now i own a house, so...[Edited on March 10, 2011 at 3:54 PM. Reason : the ones i have, though, still have my address from 6 years ago on them]

Agent 0 is a lobbyist?Funny, this whole time I thought he was in health care
3/10/2011 3:57:16 PM
i used to lobby health care issues, when i wasnt brandishing guns in the locker room.
3/10/2011 3:58:57 PM
hahaagent 0 is a k street asshole?
3/10/2011 4:04:25 PM
No one in the world uses checks. When I paid my friend the dues for our keeper league I used cold sticky rolls of quarters.
3/10/2011 4:04:48 PM
were they sticky because they had previously been up your ass?
3/10/2011 4:06:10 PM
Someone tried to pay me with a check for our fantasy football entry fee.I told him to fuck off and and auctioned off his players in a dispersal draft.
3/10/2011 4:06:24 PM
Rudy would just eat that one too
3/10/2011 4:08:36 PM
