I saw a recipe a couple days ago for Cherry Coke and jalapeno-glazed meatballs.

I kind of want to try it out of morbid curiosity.

Yeah. Brown sugar, Cherry Coke and chopped fresh jalapenos. Cook it till it thickens into glazey consistency and baste meatballs with it.
