I don't understand how catfish are different. i will openly admit to not be educated on the types of fish and what sources are good.

im becoming much less concerned with farm raised versus wild and much more concerned with local and sustainable.

but that's a whole new discussion.

Yep, pretty much lose-lose. I do NOT like or eat catfish.

Tr00, but sometimes it's hard not to cut a decent sized blue catfish into nuggets and fry them up. It's like, am I going to eat some nasty old sammich or am I going to fry this catfish?
