I'm like 90% sure i wanna be an ELT. my brother slingblade is also an instructor there

He won't know his rate until week 5 or 6 of bootcamp as I recall. They go to the nuke office like day 2 or 3 of boot and put their preferences in order 1-3. The MMCM then compares ASVAB scores vs the SR's respective choices vs the needs of the navy and lets them know later on.
