pound cake is AWESOME. as long as there's no sour cream overload. pound cake for bdays isn't that wonderful.

just get her a Ben Franklin stipper....bring in the cake tomorrow... win win

Personally I don't like homemade cakes. If you kitchen looks the way your office does...

Wow, where I work we have to bring in donuts for the entire office on our birthday! The only time you rate a cake is if you are a senior engineer who is turning 40, 50, or 60.

I had some designer cupcakes. And 40+ software engineers singing to me. I was embarrassed, but happy. We usually order an ice cream cake.
