it's black.

i bought it at a yard sale because i've never seen anything like it.


it's from the early 90s.

I contacted the licensing office and he said it wasn't an official licensed product and was most likely made by some student group.. but he thinks it is from the 70s or early 80s based on the way Tuffy was drawn
