You don't hear a lot about female serial killers but they fascinate me

Most male serial killers will kill their victims by stabbing or gunshots. Female serial killers (especially back in the day) killed their victims by poisoning them.

I've read quite a bit on Jane Toppan. She was a nurse in the late 1800s. She started out using her patients like guinea pigs in experiments to see what different drugs did to their nervous systems. While they laid in bed dying, she would climb into bed with them and cuddled up with them and got sexual pleasure from it. I think she had 30 victims. I think she got off on the insanity plea and spent the rest of her life in an insane asylum.

Nannie Doss is also a female serial killer who is pretty interesting to read about. She killed 4 husbands, a couple kids, her sisters, her mother etc. She collected life insurance payouts on them
