I'm feeling pretty 'meh' about this game. After two games that got my hopes up in a row, I've got a lot of "dont give a fuck" in me about this one. Plus we havent shown any ability to even compete with UNC, Henson, Zeller, Barnes and Bullock are in Zo, CJL, Howell's heads bigtime

we are not duke. duke is a top 5 team. we were coming off a heartbreaking loss and playing very shitty. i don't think you can really blame the fans for not bringing their "A" game. plus, the crowd did get pretty loud when we attempted our comeback after corch and googs were kicked out.

it's the carolina game, the fans will be loud...i don't think that will be a problem.

btw, i was at the duke game...cameron was far from rocking when we were dominating. duke hit a couple shots and got the crowd back into it. aside from the organized student cheers (which weren't all that enthusiastic), cameron was pretty quiet when were up really big.

Sadly, I don't see us finishing even close to UNC. Nothing really positive I can say about this match up. They're bigger on the inside and deeper on the bench. We're going to have trouble playing in the paint and staying out of foul trouble early. Unless we light it up like Duke did and/or UNC just flops in shooting like they did with FSU, it just isn't going to happen. After a heart breaker with Duke and an ass-kicking by FSU at home, there's just no wind left in the sail.

We may as well have been watching Clemson game tapes and preparing for them and/or Miami, because those are going to be the real determining factors, this game has been lost before it even started.

prior to the duke game, we pretty much had it in our heads we wouldn't have much of a chance at beating duke/fsu/unc at all, and accepted it.

Then we had a glimpse of victory with duke (which obviously never came to be), and now we're all doom and gloom about something we already accepted would happen. The morale sucks, when it really shouldn't.
