^Yeah it was around there on I-40 at about 9:40 am. I was heading west. I don't rubber neck, but I did see some flashing yellow lights when I was about half a mile away, so I moved into the right lane. Everyone still drove slow, even though they weren't blocking the tow truck from doing it's job.

The average driver seems to freak out at ANY flashing lights.

I think people think tow trucks can pull them over or something.

Flashing lights on the side of the road are a green light for me to speed. He can't stop me when he's in park

So traffic was pretty slow from Durham to Raleigh on 40 east tonight. Then I saw flashing yellow lights on the right side of the road on 40 west. After that things started to speed up again. REALLY PEOPLE!!!! A FUCKING TOW TRUCK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE MAKES YOU SLOW DOWN!?!?!?!

This happened to me this morning again. The fire truck was speeding up too, so it wasn't like it was going to turn in front of us. There were no fires, or wrecks near us either.
