Is Kathy Griffin what we are gauging fashion trends by now?
1/3/2013 10:22:43 AM
^ That was a Scrumples comment. But Rachel Zoe rocked a dress like that recently. She's a good trend indicator.
1/3/2013 10:27:24 AM
but nothing about the fake smile though
1/3/2013 10:34:54 AM
My SO always looks like she's putting on a really fake smile for pictures. I mean...everyone kinda puts on a fake smile...but hers looks extra fake.

I'm down with leather dresses being in. I'm down with it. Don't do Kathy griffin any justice though.
1/3/2013 10:41:20 AM
Yes leather is trending for last year and this year...you should see people in dresses, tops, skirts, and even leggings....any way to add leather to your outfit is usually a good thing
1/3/2013 10:44:00 AM
I had to stop following American Apparel because of this. You can't tell how old those girls are...
1/3/2013 10:46:25 AM
I'm not against leather and I definitely don't know shit about women's fashion (and could honestly care less)...But every time i see leather pants or a dress...I think of all the high school or early college bitches from my redneck home town getting ready to hit up the Spanish Galleon in Myrtle Beach on a weekend night. Ugh...wish I could forget about those times. But iheartkisses is rocking the leather well...so again...Props.
1/3/2013 10:49:57 AM
I don't know shit about women's fashion either
1/3/2013 11:16:35 AM
Do you have something that says "Dad likes leather?"
1/3/2013 11:17:47 AM
Faux leather is not leather.. [Edited on January 3, 2013 at 11:25 AM. Reason : !]
1/3/2013 11:25:06 AM
Oh yeah, mine's def faux. Real leather seems a little indulgent/cruel. Like wearing real fur.
1/3/2013 11:26:59 AM
leather look....hows that?
1/3/2013 11:29:44 AM
Um but doesn't your family own cattle? Make your own leather dress! And mask, like leather face.
1/3/2013 1:40:09 PM
His face was made from human hide, which I hear is actually very supple and good for gloves.
1/3/2013 1:42:12 PM
And woman suits, apparently. But only if properly lotioned...
1/3/2013 1:59:25 PM
^^^ If I recall correctly, her family owns dairy cows.
1/3/2013 2:11:32 PM
real leather stinks anyway
1/3/2013 2:17:01 PM
You stink. Ever thought about that?
1/3/2013 2:24:49 PM
1/3/2013 2:26:21 PM

I wish I had that kind of budget.
1/3/2013 2:46:50 PM
live near the beach then.skrimpz are just as cheap as chicken.
1/3/2013 2:56:14 PM
I don't eat a ton of meat in general, so that helps with the budget. At home, I eat eggs and smoked salmon for protein. And the boy takes me out to sushi a couple of times a week, so I really don't spend much on seafood. And yeah, seafood is relatively inexpensive in FL.[Edited on January 3, 2013 at 3:02 PM. Ahem, I'm dating now. But he's no finance guy. lolBesides, I've always gone half way in everything when I was in a long term relationship. I just don't feel right having the guy pay for everything because it's his "role".
1/3/2013 3:18:39 PM
Sidetracked thread.I'm gonna pay for all your shit...and you'll like it! [it's actually a round about way in controlling what she eats...NO FATTIES]
1/3/2013 3:21:12 PM
hahaha you fucking asshole.Wait til you're married. Not just her. You too.

I think I was in college when the pleather fad was going strong. It was certainly just as bad at State. Also, kudos to women who don't expect somebody to pay for everything when on dates. Not really into that. If you're into that I hope you don't have a job, cook when we don't go out, don't speak unless spoken to etc. selective traditionalism. Just not my thing...
1/3/2013 3:51:36 PM
^^^ I have no idea what you're talking about...but I'll die before I ever let myself get fat. Same goes for her...
