This is worth a read on the level of misconduct from trumps team to try and prosecute the protestors at the broad view immigration center including kat abugazelah

It’s looking like the prosecutors committed serious crimes that in normal times would land these lawyers in jail. Not sure if you can file a civil suit against the DOJ but also likely the accused in the trial will get a big pay day.

Generally speaking, you can't sue a lawyer over their legal work, especially if it is opposing counsel. The bar would be even higher for a prosecutor, because they enjoy absolute immunity. The most you could hope for is financial sanctions from the court if their shenanigans are discovered during the extant case, and even then, I think the money goes to the court. Beyond that, you could hope for a referral to the Bar for disciplinary proceedings.
