They dropped classes wednesday night.

I called R&R about something related to my job (they're fucking up and making a department they've absorbed nearly inaccessible), and this lady counters with 'well, it's the season! And we're dropping the courses of people who haven't paid tonight, so don't expect it to get better any time soon!'

Lady, "It's the season" is no excuse for you all to make another department inaccessible, and I STILL don't believe you when you say your number is their direct line
