skwinkle, is pasta healthy? i kinda view it as useless carbs cause when i eat pasta i'm hungry in like an hour...i hardly ever ever ever eat it

White pasta isn't, though you can make somewhat balanced dishes that use it. Wheat pasta has a lot more going for it health-wise, but I still try not to eat it without mixing it with veggies and protein. I like spinach wheat pasta the best from a health standpoint.
