have a pretty big life decision to make. got an offer with a company in Houston TX and will most likely be getting an offer with a company in Charlotte. Houston company offered me more then I was expecting. Charlotte company will probably be about what i expect but could be 10 - 13K less the Houston. Both are strong growing company's. Would have an opportunity to grow more on a technical level in Charlotte but more on a leadership level in Houston. Either way i'm putting in my resignation letter with my current company on Monday.
