10/22/2012 10:46:34 PM
10/22/2012 10:49:27 PM
^^Are they all coming? No injuries for big 3? I want to go but I have an information session to attend.
10/22/2012 11:04:38 PM
^^ Best Meme. Yao was really happy at that moment.
10/22/2012 11:05:25 PM
please tell me that lame as fuck DJ was a one night, Raleigh-only deal and that he isn't a regular at Bobcats home gamesdude was beyond embarrassing
10/24/2012 1:29:03 PM
I went to a Bobcats game in Charlotte a couple of season ago, and I seem to remember them having a shitty DJ there as well. Not sure if it was the same guy, though.
10/24/2012 1:37:03 PM
the guy kind of looked like DNL
10/24/2012 1:37:50 PM
Who went there last night? I don't regret b/c Wade didn't come.[Edited on October 24, 2012 at 2:15 PM. Reason : ;]
10/24/2012 2:14:07 PM
I was disappointed with Wade not playing, but the rest of the team did.Chris Bosh played really well, and even LeBron put forth effort. http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/548848_4673557766375_314844359_n.jpgIt was odd seeing him play on our court, though. As far as the Bobcats, they kept it close because the Heat played their bench. Biyombo looked pretty good, and Reggie Jackson hit three 3's. The announcer couldn't say Ramon Sessions name to save his life. Lebron packed his shit to the backboard once. And Coach K was there.
10/24/2012 2:19:34 PM
Lebron had a big offensive foul.
10/24/2012 2:22:52 PM
Lebron played waaaaaaaaaaay more than I expected him tohe cherry picked a few times in hopes of showing off to the crowd
10/24/2012 2:26:35 PM
10/24/2012 2:28:39 PM
yeah, my bad. I was thinking Williams and still typed Jackson.
10/24/2012 2:29:56 PM
you said Biyombo looked good, i assume you were there. all i have to look at is the box score and his numbers weren't impressive. was he altering a lot of shots in the lane?
10/24/2012 3:02:31 PM
where did lebron play in high school. greensboro or raleigh? I forget i didnt go
10/24/2012 6:01:56 PM
I wasn't impressed with Biyombo's play. Sessions looked to be the best player and it wasn't close.MKG didn't standout. I've been thinking, is his ceiling being a player similar to Gerald Wallace? And if it is, would that be considered a good #2 overall pick?
10/24/2012 6:12:32 PM
I mean, Biyombo didn't look like Dwight Howard or anything, but he looked decent. That was my observation from just casually watching the game.
10/24/2012 8:56:09 PM
Walker is the only one who has potential to become a star in this team I think.
10/24/2012 9:08:46 PM
Shoot dropping some knowledge.Kemba is about to break out like a golden god.
10/24/2012 9:25:41 PM
face vehemently disagrees
10/24/2012 9:46:05 PM
Detroit wouldn't trade Brandon Knight for Kemba
10/24/2012 9:52:45 PM
Biyombo and MKG are the only ones with potential to become a star. Everyone else is already too shitty for their age. Kemba has the potential to become serviceable is probably what he meant to say
10/24/2012 10:35:39 PM
Walker is only 22, man. It's still too early to tell.
10/24/2012 10:43:27 PM
from my seats. awesome seats was a good game. till we got mobbed by crazy Lebron fans. wish i had these seats for State games![Edited on October 24, 2012 at 10:45 PM. Reason : a]

10/25/2012 12:56:38 AM
Really? How do you explain MJ's career? Didn't get the first ring till 28, then completed the second 3-peat in 33-35.
10/25/2012 9:54:10 AM
^, ^^ that is some serious troll on troll action right there!
10/25/2012 12:20:56 PM
10/25/2012 12:53:52 PM
Nonsense. MJ got his MVPs only in his championship years. The 6 champs are certainly his career peak.
10/25/2012 1:46:58 PM
^ I hope you mean finals MVPs....he won the regular season MVP in 1988[Edited on October 25, 2012 at 1:59 PM. Reason : ]
10/25/2012 1:58:55 PM
Most of the regular MVPs are his champs years also
10/25/2012 2:00:37 PM
MOST
10/25/2012 2:01:58 PM
He already shined in the league in 88, like winning the dunk champs and being the best scorers. But he hasn't gotten fully matured and dominated the league till his first champ year.
10/25/2012 2:06:27 PM
10/25/2012 2:22:18 PM
Then how do you define basketball ability? Athletic ability?
10/25/2012 2:38:30 PM
i trust my eyeballs (with some statistical support) to tell me who's good and who isn't i can't stand, nor do i trust or abide by, the retarded resume-building framework and the completely speculative psychological analysis that contemporary sports media uses to define an athlete's career"Lebron's competitive drive is questionable because he had to join Dwyane Wade's team!""if Kobe gets another two championships, it has to be seriously considered that he's as good as, or maybe even better than, Jordan!"that shit is nonsense
10/25/2012 2:55:29 PM
You may argue about details. But only what I know are data, fame, salary. From the most objective aspect, it's easily to tell where his peak is.I have to admit for most players, 25-28 is really their peaks. All Chinese players in NBA are in this time frame.
10/25/2012 3:09:03 PM
Man, I'm 31 already, and I know most of you guys in this forum are under 25. When you reach my age, you also want to find motivation to extend your sport life.[Edited on October 25, 2012 at 3:19 PM. Reason : ;]

For KW, he is the PG of championship Uconn, my alumni. I believe he will surprise the league one day.
10/25/2012 3:45:34 PM
Adam Morrison is a Turkish Cup champion. I believe he will surprise the league one day.
10/25/2012 3:53:38 PM
Rick Bonnell already trashing MKG. Said he reminds him more of David Wingate 2.0 than the #2 overall pick.Like dude, Scottie Pippen averaged 4 ppg for Central Arkansas when he was 18. It's a little early for the David Wingate comparisons. We're not going to be good this year. This should be all about developing MKG and Biyombo. Seeing if Henderson can become an asset. And testing Kemba/Mullens to see if they can become NBA players.
10/25/2012 11:14:26 PM
From MJ's State of the Team address. I know talk is cheap, but he's saying all the right things IMO:--He said the franchise is open to a nickname switch should New Orleans Hornets owner Tom Benson follow through on changing that team’s name. Some fans want the Hornets name and logo back in Charlotte.--He said he told the players to stop griping about new coach Mike Dunlap’s long practices, that they need the fundamental drills he’s employed: “You can’t say we don’t need that stuff. If so, we wouldn’t be going 7-59 as a team.’’--Jordan also said he’s advised the players, “Either you’re in or you’re not going to be here.’’--Jordan described rookie Michael Kidd-Gilchrist as a “connector,’’ comparing him to former Chicago Bulls teammate Scottie Pippen: “He’s a very versatile guy. He’s motivated. He loves to play and play hard.’’--He said the Bobcats “made a couple of calls’’ about shooting guard James Harden’s availability before the Oklahoma City Thunder traded Harden to the Houston Rockets this week.--He said co-captain Gerald Henderson “gets it. He shows signs of being a leader. These are the things we’re expecting from Gerald,’’ adding he’s “pretty sure’’ Henderson will be asking for a big raise to stay here in his next contract.--Jordan said he still believes the Bobcats could be an attractive destination for major free agents down the road, but “I also understand we’ve got to get our house in order, to make that attractive to people.’’ http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2012/1 ... bcats.html[Edited on November 1, 2012 at 4:40 PM. scored some free tickets to the game tomorrow. really curious to see how this team plays in a regular season game.
11/1/2012 4:53:13 PM
^^Yep, I don't care how shitty of an owner MJ has been. If he can bring back the Hornets, his credibility goes back in the positive. The Pacers are a really solid team, but Granger is out for them. I'm not too worried about Paul George -- MKG will probably shut him down -- but I can see Hibbert and West eating us alive down low. Gonna need the good Mullens to show up. If he does, I really like the Bobcats chances of ending the losing streak
