I don't know about you but if I have a hard time 'trying' to fall asleep, I do something else like try to watch a tv show or movie and I drop right out

Currently I've forced myself into a reversed schedule. Started last week with that 106F weather. Much easier to work in this shop at night when its cool, and the bugs aren't near as bad.
