I would post some of my photos from Japan but i can't figure out how to make the pics big. I think you have to be a special "premie"
1/6/2007 11:15:02 PM
^ no, just don't host them on twwi need to get my brother to send me some pics, all he ever says is he's freezing and he can't use a kerosene heater because it gives him a headache. sucks to be him. yesterday was his birthday too, hope some of his JET friends took him out at least
1/6/2007 11:27:43 PM
Yeah, that's the bad thing about the heating here. It's hazardous to your health.
1/6/2007 11:34:49 PM
^ did you enjoy Kyoto? I never encountered it anywhere else in Japan, but the people in that city seemed really rude to me.[Edited on January 6, 2007 at 11:39 PM. Reason : d]

1/7/2007 12:44:14 AM
^^^ I go to Kyoto about once a month and like it. I deal with amazingly rude people on a weekly basis where I live, so if the people in Kyoto are rude it probably doesn't even phase me anymore

WTF how come i can't get my facebook phots to link[Edited on January 8, 2007 at 11:08 AM. Reason : d]
1/8/2007 11:07:29 AM

My pleasure I'm going to Nagoya this upcoming weekend if anyone has requests for photos of something in that city.
2/6/2007 11:23:10 PM
As always I will gladly enjoy any pictures of shrines or torii that you may run across. Regular pics of anything Japanese will be welcomed as well. [Edited on February 7, 2007 at 12:21 AM. Reason : .]

Adding back I really love Flickr. I don't know why people use Photobucket anymore.
2/13/2007 8:17:38 AM
It's a lot easier for me to use, I just need to upgrade to pro so I can better organize with more folders. When I can afford it.

It's one of the few online accounts that I've bought and have considered worth every penny. I hope I have enough money to renew it when the time comes.
2/13/2007 8:21:46 AM
The plum trees are all in full bloom now. Cherry trees shouldn't be far behind.
3/4/2007 8:01:47 AM
What are those round things? Yen?
3/4/2007 8:28:41 AM
yes
3/4/2007 11:16:58 AM
yeah, they are 5 yen coins. 5 yen coins traditionally are supposed to be good luck, kind of like lucky pennies. Story goes if you put a 5 yen coin on this particular plum tree you will have really good luck for the rest of the year.
3/4/2007 9:42:23 PM
what I would give to be there and see all this for myself...
3/4/2007 9:57:33 PM
The cherry blossom season is almost here (in a couple of weeks in Tokyo)!!!Umm Cherry Blossom Festivals...

3/5/2007 12:32:50 AM
the pics are awesome, if you don't mind could you keep posting them?
3/5/2007 3:39:51 AM
Please to be finding a Shinto shrine or torii with signs of spring. I am in need of a new background and shrines are in short supply here in Jesusland.
3/5/2007 9:08:20 AM
^^ Sure thing ^ I'm sure once the cherries are in bloom the shrines will be more impressive looking. The plums are nice but there aren't many plum trees around where I live.
3/5/2007 9:12:49 AM
so these pictures are great- thanks so very much for postingthese on TWW- and keep them coming
3/5/2007 10:41:52 PM
