Trader Joe's sells bags of pizza dough for $1.09. We get a bunch of those at one time and freeze them. Pull one out of the freezer and if I work it properly, I can get one pizza in a 12" cast iron, and another mini pizza in an 8" cast iron.

Made to order. Garlic? Shallots? Basil? You name it, you can do it. Just make sure, make sure, make sure you get the right kind of cheese. Not too hard, but definitely not too soft. And not just mozzarella.
