food in grocery stories is required to have caloric labels, i dont see how this is any different.

Still I am finding avg. fried chicken breast is any where from 300-500 from fast food chains ect. something still doesn't add up I would like to see that salad break down.

1 oz of pecans = 200 calories and 20 grams of fat (1/3 of daily recommended fat intake). Plus, they have to make it stick, so throw in an egg or HF corn syrup, flour, etc and all the oil that gets inside the breast/coating/etc.

^^Thats the same stuff then use regardless of what breading they use...(egg and flour) so i only figured for the pecans beyond what regular fried chicken breast would be

They had something about this on the BBC the other day. They had some guy complaining that he could no longer bring himself to eat that brownie sundae dessert at Chili's anymore because of the calories
